One of the real joys in my life now is my Intuit Online Community team. Everyone seems to be jelling and working well together and theyhave embraced the Enneagram and are beginning to use it their vocabulary. And it is really nice when Dr. David coaches us. He pointed out the other day that I tend to make jokes when people express themselves and that I do not give them a chance to express themselves and hear and feel what others think. He and I discussed that there is a huge opportunity to discuss how the Enneagram effects business, how Virtual teams work, etc.
